This Privacy Policy describes how Mazzanfar Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use LR 3D Parts ("the Platform," lr3dparts.com).
By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1.1 Information you provide
When you create an account, submit parts, or use the print marketplace, we collect:
- Account information: username, email address, password (stored encrypted), profile avatar and bio (optional).
- Part submissions: part name, description, STL files, images, attribution information, and license selection.
- Community activity: comments, likes, saved parts, reviews.
- Printer information (if you register as a Printer): physical address, materials and pricing you offer, business name (if applicable).
- Buyer information (if you place a print order): shipping address, phone number (for carrier notifications).
1.2 Payment information
We do not store your payment card details. All payments are processed by Stripe, which handles card data, bank account details, and identity verification. We only store a Stripe customer or connected account identifier that allows us to reference your transactions.
1.3 Information collected automatically
When you use the Platform, we automatically collect:
- Log data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, timestamps, and referring URLs.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies for authentication, session management, and remembering your preferences.
1.4 Information from third parties
If you sign up or log in using a third-party service (e.g., social login), we may receive basic profile information from that service as authorized by you.
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the Platform (hosting parts, facilitating transactions, displaying community activity).
- Process print orders and payments through our integrated services.
- Communicate with you about your account, orders, submissions, and platform updates.
- Review and moderate submitted content.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Improve the Platform and develop new features.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We share information with the following categories of third parties:
3.1 Service providers
We use the following third-party services to operate the Platform. Each has its own privacy practices, and we recommend reviewing their policies:
Stripe— payment processing and payouts to Printers. When you make a payment or register as a Printer, Stripe collects and processes your payment information, identity verification documents (for Printers), and bank account details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at https://stripe.com/privacy.
EasyPost— shipping label generation, rate calculation, address verification, and package tracking. When a print order is shipped, the Buyer's and Printer's addresses are shared with EasyPost to generate shipping labels and tracking updates. EasyPost's privacy policy is available at https://www.easypost.com/privacy-policy.
Cloudflare— content delivery, DNS, and security services. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request metadata as part of its services. Cloudflare's privacy policy is available at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
Cloudflare R2 — object storage for STL files, part images, and user avatars.
Vercel— frontend hosting for the Platform. Vercel's privacy policy is available at https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Slack — internal notifications for the LR 3D Parts team regarding new submissions and orders. No user personal data beyond order identifiers and part names is sent to Slack.
3.2 Between users
Certain information is shared between users as part of the Platform's functionality:
- Public profiles: your username, avatar, bio, and submitted parts are visible to other users.
- Reviews and comments: your username and the content of your reviews and comments are publicly visible.
- Print orders:when a Buyer places an order, the Buyer's name and shipping address are shared with the Printer, and the Printer's address is shared with the Buyer for package return purposes if needed.
3.3 Legal compliance
We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of our users or the public.
3.4 Business transfers
If LR 3D Parts is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify users of any such change.
We retain your account information as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or fraud prevention purposes.
Transaction records (orders, payments) are retained for at least 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
Submitted parts, comments, and reviews may remain visible on the Platform after account deletion but will be anonymized.
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correction: request correction of inaccurate information.
- Deletion: request deletion of your account and associated personal information.
- Portability: request your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection: object to certain processing of your information.
- Withdrawal of consent: where processing is based on consent, withdraw your consent at any time.

Users in the European Union have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Users in California have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data transmitted to and from the Platform.
- Password hashing.
- Access controls limiting who can view user data internally.
- Regular security updates to our infrastructure.
However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
LR 3D Parts is operated from the United States. Our service providers (Stripe, EasyPost, Cloudflare, Vercel) may process data in the United States, European Union, or other jurisdictions. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to these jurisdictions, which may have different data protection laws than your own.
Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.
The Platform is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.
We use a single session cookie for authentication purposes — to keep you logged in as you navigate the Platform. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
Disabling cookies in your browser will prevent you from logging in to the Platform.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., original part sources on Thingiverse, Printables). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites. Review their privacy policies before providing any information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
