Land Rover Series 2 3D-printable parts

A cup holder that clips to the metal dash of a Series 1-2a.

Originally built to mount a Bolt&Trim Leather speaker holder for the Marshall speaker. This allows for a temporary/movable mount based originally on a cup holder. Could be easily modified for other speaker styles.

Replacement bush used with a standard 5/16-inch bolt and locking nut to align the brake shoes. Tap the printed bore to suit the bolt thread and follow the source adjustment method.

Replacement COLD–WARM heater control button. Compare the lever slot and lettering orientation with the original before printing and fitting.

Workshop mandrel for centring the clutch plate during assembly. Confirm the spigot and spline diameters against the gearbox input shaft and clutch before use.

Six-piece replacement kit redrawn from surviving original plastic and bakelite wiper-motor components. The positive-terminal insulator uses a simplified M3 through-bolt connection.

Three-piece 12-volt inspection-lamp socket adaptation using standard 4 mm RC bullet connectors, 14 AWG silicone wire, and an M3 x 12 mm fastener.

Door-hinge packing shims in three thicknesses. They also separate dissimilar metals to help reduce electrolytic corrosion
